A study conducted by the University of Oklahoma School of Library and Information Studies evaluates the use of Library Services and Technology Act funds in Oklahoma from 1997 to 2001.

Statewide projects, competitive grants and project administration are reviewed, along with in-depth evaluations of two ODL priorities: public librarian certification and the statewide information databases. The study is available online in the Adobe PDF format.
