Oklahoma's 2007 Notable Government DocumentsOklahoma Water Atlas
A collaborative effort of Oklahoma agencies and the Kerr Foundation, this oversize atlas is a beautiful centennial gift to the state. Water is key to the state’s future and so everything about it is a hot topic. The atlas cover’s the environmentally sensitive aquifers as well as river basins with most space devoted to full-page maps of 152 lakes. Inspired to Lead: Governors & First Families of Oklahoma
The first 100 years of Oklahoma governors are portrayed in snapshots that emphasize the family side of their lives. Regardless of whether they are honored by portraits in the state capitol, or were impeached or convicted, all 24 receive two page summaries of how their days in office became Oklahoma history. |
